Mondays lesson

In mondays lesson we recorded the starting scene for our music video, we recorded it in a trainstation including both the main male actor and the main girl. This is the scene were they first see eachother before the girl gets on the train. The props that were used were a mobile phone to show the song that we are using in the video, and Beats headphones to show that it a music video.

Recording

On monday we are going to be starting the recording of out music video, we are going to be doing this 3rd and 4th lesson when all the members of the group are free. we are going to be recording at the local train station as we believe that this is a suitable place to include in the video. The props that we are going to need are just headphones what the main male actor will be wearing, both actors will be wearing casual clothes. We are also going to need to borrow a tripod to stop there being any kind of camera shake in the video.

Todays lesson

In todays lesson we are going to be uploading all of the footage that we have recorded in the entry, So we can then get a clear idea of the places that we need to record at so we are able to complete the recording as time efficient and up to a high quality as we can.

Group timetable

This is the timetable that we have made to show when each of us has a free, this then lets us identify when we are able to record.

Week Plan

This week we are going to be completing our complete storyboard, both on a written out sheet and imovie.We are going to be making a spreadsheet so we know when each person in the group is available giving us a much clearer idea of when we are going to be able to record. So next monday we know exactly what we are going to be doing.

Editing

I have started to put together a digital storyboard using imovie, I have done this by using original footage that is going to be used in the music video. By using imovie it gives you a better idea of what your music video is going to be like as you are able to add in transitions and also the song that is used.

Weekly Meeting

This week we have still been recording in the locations that we are using, we are looking to re-record some of the locations to improve the quality of our video so we would have completed this task to the highest of our ablities. There has also been a change of main actors so therefore meaning the video would have to be recorded again as Lucy is now the main actor instead of Kayleigh.
